Mary Anne Holley has over 25 years of magazine publishing experience, in research, advertising, circulation, and management. Her past roles included founding publisher of SAZZ magazine, publisher of ECO, ad and circulation director of Impact 21, General Manager of Audio and top salesperson at Stereo Review.

Seija Goldstein
Seija Goldstein has 25+ years of experience in financial and operational management of media companies, both public and private, ranging in size from small local newspapers to some of the largest media giants in the world.
Seija worked in various financial and business management positions at Columbia Record Club, Holt, Rinehart and Winston, and CBS, where she was head of acquisitions and development for their magazine division.
In 1985, Seija joined Communications International, a privately-held, multi-title magazine and educational publisher, as its Chief Financial Officer. Over the next seven years Seija worked closely with the company's owner and president, running the organization's day-to-day financial operations and completing a number of partnerships, acquisitions and divestitures in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
In 1992, Seija founded her independent consulting firm, Seija Goldstein Associates (www.SeijaGoldstein.com), and has since advised well over one hundred companies and entrepreneurs, many for multiple assignments. For each clients she draws from both her years of hands-on publishing experience and from the in-depth industry knowledge gained from the financial standards surveys SGA has conducted for regional magazines, business journals, parenting publications and weekly newspapers.
Seija holds a BBA degree from Helsinki School of Economics, one of the premier business schools in Europe, and an MBA from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York.
